I ordered door dash from them and when our food got here we didn't have any straws and my hamburger was still raw. Like... seriously you want people to eat your food the least you can do is make sure its properly cooked. This is ridiculous. Got home started to eat and found a hair in a burger half the fries were super soggy and when we got the iced coffee it was as... if they took the left over coffee , mixed with water and gave. Ten minutes for a QPC? I never got it. I was asked to pull to the curbside after ten minutes! I asked the extremely rude young... lady at the window how long is it going to take and she responded with its corporate rules to make fresh meat, do I want freshmeat or old meat? I went OK how long is that because it?s already been 10 minutes. She?s very rudely responded with ?I have a50 double cheeseburgers on my board.? If the saying "you only got one shot at a first impression" is true, then my first impression of this mcdonalds is disgusting.... It's dirty everywhere. There are spills of some liquid or another on the ground. It's seems chaotic watching behind the counter.No one is seemingly in charge. I would probably ask for a refund but it may take me even longer to accomplish that. This is byway no fault of teenagers working here. I?ve always loved this McDonald?s for the way it?s been managed in the past. For about the last 6 months however, every time I... come here I am asked to pull forward and then forgotten about completely. Probably the best fast food place in town, but the bar is set really low in Roosevelt. The people aren't very concerned about... their customers. It's McDonald's, so you always get what you're expecting as far as the food is concerned, that's good. Decentdrive through times. Fastest in town, but like I said...the bar is really low here. 10/14/2021 Update: I decided to come back and when doing so noticed no improvements in their lack of ability to clean their... restaurant, as indicated by the photos I presented. It makes it hard to eat here for those reasons. So I lowered theirrating. Service at this location was great. The employees got my food out to me fairly quickly. Their food was hot and fresh aswell. I also live that their lobby is open. I haven't enjoyed being force to use the drive thru window the past 18 months. Theonly real complaint comes from how messy parts of their dining room is. I don't think this location has been busy enough toignore cleaning their tables. Overall though I had a great experience. Read more
