I know everything that goes on ever item(worked for taco bell a long time) and almost always it's wrong. It takes forever and... instead of having people cook food and take orders there trying to get there time down by driving a car around the drive threw. Read more
I have been eating fast food for over 40 years, and this is the first time that meal has made me want to cry. I have come to... expect inconsistency from Taco Bells, but 100% of my four tacos were a travesty like my photo here. Saddest tacos ever on theface of the planet. Read more
My Fiancee, friend, and I were on a road trip with quite a few hours left to our destination. We stopped in to get a quick bite... and the staff were friendly enough however they messed up bpth orders, forgot a drink and gave the wrong item to my friend whohas some dietary restrictions. We went back in to fix the order and they had to start a whole separate order and charged usagain. Their reasoning was because they messed up and we got an extra "free item" which is kind of stupid considering we'dalready paid for the first item and didnt get it. ( Mind you we were the only people in the restaurant save for one othercouple.) The second "fixed" order we were charged for (no comps either) was STILL WRONG. My friend ordered a cheesy chickengordita both times and instead got a quesadilla and a chipotle melt. We didnt even bother trying a third time, we were on a timecrunch and this was a total waste of time and money. So thanks, but no thanks. I would not reccomend stopping here, you may aswell set 40$ on fire and call it a day. Read more
Absolute worst experience at this taco bell yet, and I've had plenty of bad experiences. We had gotten our order through and the... no ice medium Pepsi I had ordered had no syrup. It happens I get that. I had gone in and had to wait a long 5 minutes to even beacknowledged. The lady had said that someone would look to see but no one did. There were only 3 employees and it seemed onlythe lady had access to the registers. No one had done anything. No communication to each other or the customers and the lobbywas growing with ignored customers. Finally I had enough after waiting 10-15 minutes FOR A DRINK and tried the machines in thelobby, but shocker those had no syrup either. I had tried asking for a refund for just the drink and was IGNORED by the cashier.She had heard me and proceeded to take another drive this order. I'm done with this taco bell. So should you. There was a HAIR embedded in the meat of this taco. When I get fast food, I like to pretend that the employees are all wearing... hair nets and gloves that they replace every so often throughout the day but this is obviously one of those locations thatbrings you back down to reality. Also each taco had very little filling and the hair taco looked and smelled like it was handledby someone that just handled the cinnamon dessert. Read more
I'm usually pretty happy with this Taco Bell. However, yesterday I waited almost 25 minutes in line and had to order at the... window because the speaker was out. I was really focused on trying to remember what I wanted to order and forgot to ask forsauce. But I really shouldn't have to ask, I am used to them asking me.
