The one worker is extremely rude. Only come here if it is the last resort. Don?t order through the app it will not be correct
Ordered my food at 8:25 pm (9pm closing) and was told to next time order on time! Guy was polite but if your store hours say... till 9 you should be able to order till then without being told off. Does not matter if someone is working alone 9 means 9. Hetook store hours to close and clean up just imagine a doctor saying nah i am cleaning up when a patient with serious issuescomes in. I liked subway, but today?s experience in Subway Roosevelt Island was not pleasant. I ordered foot long and I wanted half... chicken and half steak. The employee wanted to charge me double and I asked why do I have to pay double if I?m only getting halfsandwich chicken and the other half steak, his explanation was that I?m taking double meat orders. It is not double if I?m onlywant half of one meat and the other half of the other meat. If that is the Subway policy than I really don?t want to becustomer. Even when you order pizza you can order half ham and half pepperoni and you don?t pay for two orders of meat, but forone. We preordered a large order (13 subs) and although the staff was kind and helpful, the staff was also only one person. He worked... hard on our order but also in between taking walk-in orders. Although we had preordered over an hour before thru the app, itwasn?t ready until another 1/2 an hour after they were supposed to be. It seems it would be helpful for this location to havemore than one person on staff in the afternoons. Read more
