this is one of the only 24 hour places around this area. every time ive gone, the employees are friendly and fast. tonight i... went and my partner ordered my favorite drink - iced matcha latte- with dairy milk instead of almond. she went in-store toreplace it, planning to buy a whole new drink. they made it up in less than a minute and gave it to us for free. Not far off the highway and was a perfect pit stop. It was all younger people running the place. Still well maintained.
Just came from here and I understand the doors being locked as it?s late at night for safety orders but then there is also a... sign on the drive thru stating sorry you must go in do to staffing? Went to the door locked, with 4 people just standing there.Then we go to leave and we see another employee clearly smuggling out coffee. Rude and disappointing. Read more
Put my daughters donut upside down in bag, once home all the icing was stuck to bottom of bag. It also didn't come with... sprinkles, despite ordering them with sprinkles. 2nd time in row she got pink with no sprinkles, last visit we didn't complainas they are kids working there trying their best. I drove back to correct this, and they gave another donut without anyproblem. They also placed this one upside down in the bag, which also was stuck entirely to the bottom. I turned it over rightaway in the bag before getting in the car, but half the icing was already stuck to the paper sack. No wax paper to protect thedonut from sticking or anything. 1 star for ruining the food when handing it to customers. And I had to go back and they didthe same thing again, after I showed them a picture of the first one that was ruined. Bad experience time and again, if itwasn't local I would not go back. Read more
