This is the LAST time I give Gioninos of Deerfield, OH "1 more chance" !!! 4 out of the past orders have been AWFUL! Case in... point... a $17(and change) chicken dinner HAD 6 PIECES... all of which were from cornish hens. They outdid themselves with the2 potatoes used for the jojos. And the pizza.... see-thru, burnt chese and mushy thin crust... do they even offer thincrust? The only reason I ordered from them was delivery. Next time I will go up the road and pick up food from Bobs Pizza inRandolph. Read more
Always hot and delicious! The time you have to wait is a little longer but we order before we are starving. So it works out just... fine, and if you want good food you will always have to wait... Who wants pre cooked cold nasty food... And the wings are sogood! Always a hit in our Italian family! Read more
Great pizza. Order pick up unless ur willing to wait 90 min for delivery. This is for the Edinburgh store. Mainly time of call... hold and how long for delivery. It took me 21 minutes to order my food. After a 15 min hold phone disconnect "" it's going on2 hours now and still waiting. 9 more minutes and be 120 min wait time and counting. Read more
Preface: there are not many options for carry out in this area. Prices kind of high for the quality. Chicken is pretty good... sometimes. Pizza is always soggy. Don't carry pasta anymore. Last time I call was 9:30, they close at 10:00. The guy on thephone was rude and I could tell they must have been ready to finish for the night. I decided to go elsewhere. Read more

Order was placed for delivery at 4:30 pm and was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. 6:30 comes... around and still no pizza, we call and they say they had the wrong phone number and address but they called us from an employeespersonal phone number asking for someone by the wrong name so we assumed it was a wrong number phone call, they also nevermentioned they were with Gioninos. They then said they would be at the house with the pizza in 15 minutes. Ten minutes laterthey call again argumentative and saying they had other pizzas to deliver before we got ours and at this point it was 2.5 hourspast our original order placement so we cancelled the order because they would?ve delivered a pizza that was already sittingaround for almost 3 hours! Will never eat from or recommend this location again. Disgusting customer service and pure laziness. Read more
