Love the pizza and bread .yummy my new favorite place for sure!
Made an order and paid online. I requested ranch which I knew was extra so I brought cash to pay for that. After handing the... young man the cash for the ranch, he said my payment was cancelled. Confused he asked someone for help and she said, "yes Icancelled your payment. Just pay for the pizza and ranch on your card". I asked if the payment was refunded and she said yes,then had me run my card again for the pizza plus ranch. It declined because the payment wasn't refunded. She then said itwould take 3-4 days for the cancelled payment to go back to my card. I'm not sure why the payment needed to be cancelled in thefirst place as I already paid for my order and paid cash for the ranch. I ended up leaving the order there and going somewhereelse, no resolution was offered. If I only had that $27 left in my accounts my kids wouldn't have eaten that night due to hercancelling my payment. Please train your staff better. We usually enjoy this place, but are hesitant to come back. Stillwaiting on the refund to show up in our bank account. Read more

Let?s start by saying that the pizza wasn?t good it was delicious and my siblings were extremely excited and we got our pizza... fresh and warm and I got Diet Pepsi really cold I love the service keep up the good work and they had good service the only took5 mins to come and I gave tip for the good service ???????? I had my credit card compromised 2021 08 11 @ 8:39pm. I find it odd after my transaction here. That my card card was used for... fraudulent charges. Better pat down your employees for skimmers and long distance readers. I won?t be returning until Apple Payis accepted. Besides the nightmare of credit card fraud, the food has great value. I like the lasagna, it takes the most effortto prep, make, and cook. Read more
The food is great, but the service in the Rosamond, Ca establishment is very unprofessional. I went to pick up my food cause... your delivery service is horrible. I have order delivery twice with a week and it took the delivery person 2 hours to deliverymy food. I have lived in Rosamond for over 15 years and have never been treated this way when I have ordered for your business.Today(03/02/2022) I went to get my order and I don't put tips on my card I usually hand them to the associate. While today Iwent to get the tip out my car and because I didn't do it on my card the associate decided to wait until I walked out the doorto shout was that your tip. Mind you I was about to take the tip back in, but because of that rude comment I didn't go back in.You really need to have a conversation with the associates at the Rosamond restaurant.
