TBH I love this place but some days are a hit and miss. Some workers have attitudes and others are hella nice and awesome.

This is uncomfortable to write a negative review. i was sitting inside Starbucks looking at my computer and I noticed someone... was waiting for her order. I heard the African American girl working in the drive thru talking about her. I think she orderedthru the drive thru and they messed up with her order not sure but This is not the first time I heard the African American girlcomplaining and talking about white people this needs to stop now. Racism is not acceptable. Most of the time they messed up myorders too. She seems to be rude to customers. They need a better manager and they need to work on their customer serviceskills. Staff is super friendly, only flaw is their drive thru always takes forever. Short line or long line, you're gonna wait a while.... Spent 35 minutes in the drive thru today. As a mom I was excited for the drive thru becuz getting the kids in and out their carseats is a hassle, and then carrying my order with the kids is also difficult. But the drive thru is definitely adisappointment. Read more

I went to buy a Venti Iced Coffee and the guy on the window was giving me a looks. So rude. If he doesn?t like to work at... Starbucks he should find himself another job. I?m at Starbucks sometimes more than twice a day. Most of the girls that work inthe drive thru already know me. They are so nice to me except for today. I was going to tell him something but I keep it tomyself. I got home an I decided to write a review because we don?t deserve to be treated this way. The morning crew (that is usually different every morning) sucks. They can't handle the pressure and should either have more... training or not work there. About 85% of the time, my coffee is either completely wrong or is missing something. Usually, theyforgot my extra ice, my light whipped cream or my extra shots in general. And when I ask them about it, they insist my drink iscorrect even though I have to make them put my whipped cream on. This morning 9/30 was my final straw, the gentleman againinsisted my drink was made right, I verified my drink was a triple shot even though it was off white and not even the rightshade for coffee... But when I asked him to put my light whipped cream on, the woman behind him gave me attitude! Excuse me, butI didn't make the coffee. If you don't want customers sending it back, make it right the first time. I don't have a complicatedorder, I know how frustrating that can be but come on... Make the orders right please... Your coffee is expensive already, so ifI'm going to pay for it I would like it to be correct every time. 12/2021 update: still the same problem. Even with the newhires. Barista's have explained that they "assume" things on drinks and don't really read the labels that closely.... So there'sthat. Read more

Love all the ladies working here I think I know all of their names lol I always get my Caramel Macchiato here when I get my... groceries shopping done. Excellent service & delicious drink.
