Get it together Tom's!!! My family and I eat here regularly. Usually, everything is good, but tonight, not so much. Very... friendly service, but waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for my food. I don't mind because it's fresh. First, the lid was onlyhalf on the cup when they handed it to me. The drink spilled all up my arm. They were very kind and apologized. Next, I ordereda Chicken Club combo, I got a ham and cheese layered like a club. No avocado, no chicken. My double cheeseburger combo came witha burger and no fries. Please do better. Read more

Took my son and his wife here on Sunday for breakfast. The steak and eggs were good, Tom's breakfast burrito was very good but... the best was the mushrooms Swiss cheese omelet. With hash browns or home fries and bread. The omelet has 4 eggs, yes I said 4it was not a typo. The bill was under $40 dollars. I want to reiterate this is my personal experience based on just a few visits to this particular Tom's. I really appreciate good... quality food as I have a intestinal disease that affects the digestive system. So good quality food cooked properly generallydigests much easier. At Tom's the food has been either continually rushed, over cooked or old/stale. Some people eat to justeat, I personally eat to enjoy what I am eating and will go out of my way to purchase from those quality places; as far as Tom'sgoes, I won't be stopping in anytime soon. Lowering my previous rating because of a poor customer service experience. Ordered an omlette and was served an entirely... different omlette then what was ordered and printed on the receipt. I took a few bites of it but it was horrible. Called therestraunt to get my money back. They refused saying I needed to return it. When I went back to return it they refused saying Iate half of it which was false. I will simply be charging it back on my credit card and they can pay the merchant returnprocessing fee. Poor customer service and poor quality food. I'll never be back to any Tom's locations. Read more

First time at Tom's, looked nice and clean from the outside. Large dining area it too was clean well lit. We ordered from the... counter and a young lady brought our breakfast over to us. Breakfast server all day. She was pleasant and efficient took goodcare of us. Good food at a fair price. Will stop at Toms the next time I am in that area again. Read more

The food is fine employees are noticeably racist the tables were dirty. Austin was one of the wors cashiers I have ever seen... extremely rude and full of herself sweet heart you work at a fast food restaurant so chill! Will mot be going back there. Read more

Driving through Rosamond and was hungry for lunch, pulled off Rosamond blvd and saw the usual, McDonald?s, Jack in the box and... Taco Bell, tired of them. Looked across the street and saw Tom?s Famous Burgers, never been there. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo. WOW, was it great, hot, fresh and delicious, way better than you would expect.
