Very slow. The roast beef looked like it was burnt and had been sitting on the slicer for longer then it should have been. They... were out of turkey, so went for the Beef and cheddar it seemed small burnt and no red ranch was on it. The positive side of thevisit was the fires were hot and the cashier was semi friendly. I've never had anything bad to say about this Arby's they are always hot fresh and pretty quick
Made us sit and wait for 6 minutes for a chicken slider. Brought out our food and when we got home we were missing 2 half pound... beef and cheddars and 2 Curley fries. Read more

Thank goodness I have an air fryer because the food is always cold. I have to warm it up to eat it. I live less than a mile... from Arby's. so I am given food that isn't hot enough. The food tastes good. It just isn't hot. Read more
Generally friendly service but they mess up the order every time. And there?s nothing ?fast? about the food. I understand being... short staffed - I have them repeat the order so they can get it right. I get up there to pick it up - pay and pull forward tocheck my order. As it turns out they forgot the fries. I go back through the drive through - let them know. I then wait my turnand pull up to pick up my fries. They question why I?m there what do I want? What kind? What size? I get the fries (no apologyeither)and get home and realize one of sandwiches we ordered has Mayo on it. I specifically requested no Mayo due to therecipients allergy. It?s just ridiculous to spend 20-25 min for an order that is always wrong. I suggest you check your orderthoroughly before leaving the pick up window. Read more
We used Arby's catering service in Roscoe for a large order and everyone loved it! The customer service was excellent - they... called me twice to confirm the order, the food was hot and ready on time, they included all sauces we would need along withplastic utensils. It was great to get the attention to detail from Arby's! Highly recommend! Read more
