I have always loved this place but over the last year their quality of food has declined. I had the mushroom swiss burger... several times over the last few months and each time it was very thin, dry and tasteless. I got it again the second timethinking it was just a mistake the first time I received it dry and tasteless, but no. I learned my lesson and yesterday Idecided to just have a cheeseburger and that was very thin and dry. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering a burger againthere. Used to love beefaroo but the prices have shot up immensely compared to what they were in the past. In addition to this the... overall quality of the food is constantly declining. Apart from this, almost every single order I've made has been missing oneor more items so it's a must to check your food before leaving if you're doing drive-thru. Sad to see a more local chain fallfrom what was a somewhat decent restaurant. Read more

Always loved beef a roo. There food and service is spot on! The cheese fries are to die for!!???? The other day my boyfriend and... I tried there Cesar salad and it's the best we have had for any fast food place. Read more
Cheeseburger was just ok. I did not enjoy the cheese sauce that comes with the fries. Tasted a little off. The soup was very... salty. Best thing I had was the carrot cake. They have cute mugs for sale a little pricey though. The inside of the restaurantwas nice and clean. Overall just an average place. Read more
We went out of our way to visit this place and quench my wife's need to satisfy her childhood nostalgia craving. She... especially missed the cheese curds and cheesy fries. My father in law buys the seasoning to use on just about everything. Heloves that it doesn't have msg. My daughter likes to create new wardrobe from the fries (see picture below). For a fast foodchain I would say it's near the top. Their monthly deals made it quite worthwhile. If we visit Illinois again I'm sure thatwe'll stop again! Read more
