I haven't had a bad experience really. But every time me and my daughter go here to pick up food, my daughter asks me, "Does she... seem a bit off?" This is always after going through the drive thru. The lady speaking into the speaker sounds very unhappy. Shehas never been rude or made a mistake on our order. I hope things get better for her. I can imagine it would be from howcustomers treat restaurant staff. Customers are so mean and nasty to the staff. No body wants to be treated like that. It's ashame that people think it's ok. Eventually they will have no one to take there order and put up with there garbage. Go makeyour own sandwich! Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. And I've had some bad ones. To keep it simple, I was there for 45 minutes. I went... inside for take out for the record. First, I ran into a lady I knew who was furious over her order and service, whom wentthrough the driver through and received the wrong/poor quality order. Taking her food back to be corrected. Second, the minuteI walk in, I see every customer before me returning their meals that were wrong/not made correctly. Third, was a bunch of kids,sloppy uniforms, joking around, talking about anything but work, and as soon as something was wrong, blamed each other like itwas a joke. The girl at the register asked if I wanted to round up my change to donate to some donation drive... she couldntremember what it was called ???? Fourth, I took my food out to my vehicle, checked it over and it was wrong, as I thought itwould be. Fifth, I took it back in and waited again to be helped. Yet again, staff was playing around, joking whos fault itwas. So then I asked who the manager was, because I started to heat up. 5:30pm and she is in the back room, did not see her theENITRE time I was there. I explained the issue with my order and she was cordial at first, proceeded to remake the entire orderherself. Major problem here is the caveat. She had to tell her line cook to calm down because of my complaint and mentioning allthe other customer complaints. From there, RED HOT. Sixth, I get home and my food is undercooked. Burgers, fries chicken. Andthe 2nd replacement was made by the manager. Dont go here unless you want to be sick or mad. Seventh, I get home and realize myfood is undercooked, after 40$ and an hour plus of my time, I call the store to explain my experience. I got about 30 seconds into my experience and I began to get talked over, "oh its new staff, oh they just started for summer break". Wait a minute.. This burger king is never open on time, food is always cold and takes 20 mins to make a $10 order. Everyone that works here is... clueless and too busy taking and on their phones to even make food. Stay away from here unless u have 45 mins to kill and wantcold food! Read more
