I arrived today at 12:25 for the pizza buffet. They had one cold pizza on the table that looked like it was made a day or two... ago. I asked for something else to be made (a supreme pizza) that would be fresh. It is now 1:35 and that cold pizza is stillsitting there looking very miserable (no spatula, no heat lamp). They do have a tiny salad bar with lettuce, four toppings, andtwo dressings. I guess they blew me off. I get it - they don't have much lunch business, but in that case, they should notadvertise a pizza buffet. We have enjoyed BC Pizza in other locations for more than 20 years and we have always found thequality to be very good. This particular location doesn't seem representative of the better-managed locations in Boyne City,Gaylord, St. Ignace, and Petoskey. I'd suggest skipping this location. Read more
I find the recent reviews for this business unfortunate and ridiculous. My order was not correct tonight, but I reached out to... them...instead of bashing them here. They made it right instantly. I order from them regularly and the pizza is always topnotch. Thank you BC for being the only place around that delivers and the customer service is always great!!???????? Read more
I changed my review it was 5 star. The most inconsistent pizza on the planet. Busy season and closed kids working surprisingly... can dress themselves! Hope they one day get back to the service and quality they were but till then Frozen pizza from theoverpriced local grocery store. Read more
Really good pizza, or maybe it tasted so good because we were starving by the time it was delivered 2 1/2 hours later!! we were... told 30-60 minutes when we ordered, called at 1 hr 15 and they said we were next to be delivered. WORST PLACE EVER! Put in an order at 6:30 for delivery. Got told it would take an hour 8:30 rolls round and call up there no one... is answering. So we then decided to drive up there. We get up there they say they have our pizza just waiting for the breadsticks to get done which would be 10 minutes so we pay for our food. Go back in there after waiting for 10 minutes and theydon?t have our pizza and the bread sticks just came out. Never again am I ordering from here. Read more
Pizza was good, I enjoyed the keto bowl! However called at 730 and still didn't have my delivery at 910...kids were hungry!... Driver said a bunch of unsupervised 16 year old kids working is why it takes super long. I am all about giving jobs to minorsbut it seems if that is the case , a manager may need to step it up and get them kids trained and working!! Read more
The last 3 times I have been there not impressed. Staff was screaming at each other and using foul language. Last time power was... up and down and staff was rude and using foul language. Today I called at 6 pm on a Saturday and was told they were not takingany more orders. There are only kids working, no adult supervision. I have worked in customer service most of my adult life andthis was absolutely horrible. Not sure how much longer they can stay in business if someone doesn?t step.in and clean things up. Read more
