Although the food is good, this place takes FOREVER to make subs! Been here 3x and every time they were slower than molasses.

Employee didn?t listen to instructions. Vegetables were placed in a ball in one spot. Asked if she could cook it longer than the... normal time she did not. I had to ask for more cheese to be added to pizza as she added a few slivers of mozzarella to top theveggies. Did not know how to use subway rewards system or scan to pay. Lady preparing my sub seemed annoyed with me being there, threw my sub together quite poorly and even after I asked politely for... it to not be toasted she did it anyways, then told me they didn't have BBQ sauce when I could clearly see a bottle of it behindher. Read more
I am usually really excited to go to the subway in Rose city due to always having great service and a great sub, but lately one... of the newer employees has made it difficult for me to be satisfied with my visit. Said employee acts with no costumer serviceand honestly makes me feel like they are disappointed that a costumer is there. At my most recent visit with that employee theysaw me standing in line continued to clean and ignore me for a good 5 minutes and then finally greets me with a very blunt ?howmany subs?. Throws my subs together with no emotion and then walks away from the til as I am trying to pay with my card anddoesn?t come back. Honesty just quite upset with the service. Read more
The manager is very short tempered. It is the second time she has been nasty to me. I haven't bought a Subway from there,... because both times I have walked out. Maybe 'personality school' could help her. Read more
