Asked, twice to clarify, for two Strawberry milkshakes and only got one. So then had to have her go back and send a ticket for... me to pay for the second one and wait on it to be made after an already 15 min wait for food the first time. And they didn'tinclude marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, which basically defeats the entire purpose of ordering them. This location used to be really good. Lately over the last few months things have gone considerably south. Drinks were made... wrong, food was not made to order correctly etc. Tonight everyone's order was correct. I ordered a supersonic breakfast burritoand there are black spots (not overcooked) on the tortilla and the sausage tastes like chemicals. Sad to day, Sonic is myfavorite place to stop for a drink, and a burger, but I can't make myself return here again. Read more
Burger was dry, hard and cold. How that is even possible when it's "being made fresh" is beyond me. Fries were descent and... hotter than the burger. Who ripped off the survey portion of the receipt? Yeah I'll be calling in the am. Read more
Ordered the 2/$5 chili cheese wraps and they were subpar to say the least. It just looked like two stubby tortilla cylinders.. I... asked for them to be remade or to receive a refund, either was fine. They remade them and didn?t treat me like garbage forasking, which I appreciate. Probably won?t be back, but the customer service was alright, so there?s a plus. Really wish Iwould?ve gotten a photo lol, but they were so prompt with remaking them that I didn?t get a chance.
