The bathroom was an absolute nightmare... Piss stains on the stall divider next to the urinal that was obviously not new...... Sinks were a disaster too. Food was good, building is a great renovation, very disappointed. Visit was early on a Fridayevening, so no excuse that it was the party crowd. Sad. Read more
Really great service and loved the fried pickles and Reuben!
Waited over 35 minutes for a grilled chicken salad. I was by myself, the restaurant was almost dead on a Saturday afternoon but... for some reason a salad was difficult to get out. After reading other reviews, slow service seems to be the theme of thisplace. Read more

I love, love Brickhouse. Service can take a little longer than most would like, and I agree the prime rib isn't what you'd... expect, however they have much more on the menu that your taste buds would appreciate. The atmosphere is lovely and staff aremore than happy to correct any opportunities for improvement. With the economy creating shortages with staffing everywhere, going out for lunch or dinner requires patience, good mood, and an appreciation for time and company. Bon appetite ???? Read more
20 minutes after we sat down someone came over to toss menus on the table.10 minutes later the waitress took our order. 47... minutes later our order was delivered to the table. 1. I ordered without onions as I am highly allergic thankfully my date sawthe onions before I took a bite. 2. If what we were given was a prime rib sandwich I will say I'm sorry as it looked like aPhilly steak and cheese after the steak had been put through a processor. The waitress never returned to the table and lookedright at me as I tried to get her attention. 23 minutes after my date finished eating he had to get up to go get our ticket topay. He was told to wait a minute which was another 5 minutes standing there. This was my 1st time here and it will be my last.The only positive thing I can say is the fries were okay though a bite over salted. As for who the waitress was I have no ideashe didn't wear a name tag. Waited for 40 minutes. The table beside me was there before I showed up, and after waiting for 40 minutes, after we ordered our... food, the table beside me FINALLY got their plates. Put certain ingredients in our food, when asked not to. I?ve only eaten herea few times in my life, now I remember why I avoid this place. The only credit I really can give at this point, is friendlystaff and clean environment. We didn?t even think we had cheese for our nachos until we looked at the bottom. We ended upgetting our actual food an hour and almost a half after ordering. Places need to stop being called the best, just because it?s asmall town and there?s a few select other places to eat. There?s still room for improvement, for any business. But in this case,all parts of the business need some looking into. GREAT SERVICE! We had Brienne as our waitress and she was on top of her game. I had the chicken bacon parmesan entree and we... shared an appetizer of poutine. The food was good and not a long wait. We asked for to go boxes and our bill early as we weredining with a 19 month old and wanted to get out if he was being boisterous. Brienne grabbed those items asap and we were in andout in 40 minutes or so. Read more
