This A&W is always super slow. Went through drive thru and ended up having to call the store after sitting waiting over 10mins... to get someone to finally take my order and it wasnt even busy. Been here many times and everytime I go I have to turn my caroff because the wait time is ridiculous. It's so bad that most the time I'll just choose not so good food from Mc Donald's overthem means they are across the way but still has faster service even if there's like 9 or more ppl in front of me compared toa&w when there's either one or none before me. Customer service is terrible. Went to this location with my family and it took twenty minutes to get four root beer floats. The... girl who helped us said they needed to refill the root beer, then walked away to start processing drive up orders while the restof the crew stood in the back hanging out and playing around (we could see them from the counter). Asked to speak with asupervisor and was told there was no one available and tried contacting their "customer support". Still haven't heard anythingfrom them regarding the terrible service we got. Always fun to stop at an A&W, this one was located in a gas station but no biggie still good and I got a Mug and Jug. Tried the... sirracha cheese curds and they were great. Nice stop all around. Read more
only 2 stars because of our floats... but for $19 for 2 combos its bs & super small. They screwed up my burger. Wanted classic... chesse burger but got only a hamburger. My boyfriend got the classic bacon and the half of the slice of onion, like a tsp oflettuce with bits of bacon, not slices. Medium sized fry is the regular size. .... Read more
