I love this place! Food is always good and all the ladies are nice. However, they recently hired a new staff member and she is... not pleasant. I?ve had numerous encounters now with her where she makes the food incorrectly which I?m never one to complainabout. The reason I?m complaining is because she is VERY rude to customers and was in front of customers being rude to the otherstaff member. This is a great place and worth returning to as well. The bagels are good and fresh and they have a decent variety. The service... was nit the fastest, but worth waiting for. Beyond the lox, Cordon bleu, and southwest bagel sandwiches I tried, there are manyother sandwiches, and desserts. The cafe also has numerous hot and cold drink options. Good bagel, disgusting coffee. The red head who makes the bagel melts is terrific all three stars are for her. The cashier can... not count change, or make coffee or pretend she is good at her job. Quite literally the best bagel shop I've ever been to. They serve many drinks and other baked goods like cakes and pies to... accompany the many bagels and cream cheese varieties. Service was fast and staff was kind. Highly recommend for all ages andpallets. Happy tastings! Read more
I ordered a Cheddar bagel with regular cream cheese toasted. I don't know what the heck kind of cream cheese is on this but it... is disgusting. And now I don't even have enough time to go back to even fix it before I have to start work. On top of all ofthat I called 17 times in a row and not once was the phone answered. Very disipointed.
