When one first enters this establishment, the odor of rancid oil hits you like a brick and continues as you enter! I still want... to know why, after contacting our useless health dept. has nothing been done as they do in NYC? All restaurants are inspected ona very regular basis and post an F in the window, fine them heavily and close this establishment. I know our county budget isvery bad due to the mismanagement of funds including stealing directly from Title III funds and many others including takingland from old and demented men for their own money making opportunities including why our PERS fund is behind millions ofdollars. I have still not heard from high school educated, Chris Boice as to where they are going to raise this money to paytheir retired or soon to retire employees? They did say publicly, that they would lay off long employed employees as if thatwould cover it. They now have about 30% more employees after they publicly stated this. If they "lay off" even ONE employee, Iwill contact the state Attorney General and then EVERY media, including CNN, MSNBC, ABC and anyone who will listen. We were "greeted" by a somber order person. No welcome, smile. Zero hospitality. A tall heavyset man was walking behind the... counter moaning or something behind the counter. We were given our bag of food with no hint of a smile. It made the place feelweird. No one at dinner was eating indoors and it was cold. So we went outside to eat at the table. They were filthy. Gratefullythe burgers and fries were good. The soda was stale,no fiz. I went inside to return our tray and the big was talking loudlybehind the counter with "f-ing this and that. The owner of this franchise needs to clean up the place and train employees to be what's the word good professional servers even if it's only Burger King. I have been in the service industry your establishmentneeds some work. I love Burger King but this one bongs. One the young man with the headset seemed normal and nice. As I sat inside to have a lunch break. It was lunch and a show! The ?manager? middle age heavy set man was yelling at everyone... it seemed like. One of the workers middle aged woman was waiting to clock out and was verbally adulated by another worker. Thisworker was in 20-30 with large gage ear plugs and drove off in a silver 4 door that sounded like the exhaust was falling off.The younger girl working the register seemed to Have and attitude with everyone. PHIL IVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU! I call to ask a couple questions just to get hung up on time and again. Phil must be a disgruntled... employee because the treatment I got was terrible. After I called again he started laughing at me! And when I tried to get aburger with extra pickles HE SAID I CAN ONLY HAVE ONE. I will not eat this mediocre food to get this absurd treatment. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. The only areas I thought it could be improved why is if there was a... second tomato slice and if the sandwich included pickles. Unrelated to the quality of the food; I had some issues with theirapp. When I opened the app and clicked the order tab I got an error message saying that there were "no restaurants within 10miles currently accepting mobile orders." I was standing outside the Burger King so I was definitely within 10 miles of aBurger King. overall, I enjoyed my meal and thought the staff was polite and considerate. Read more
So if you've worked fast food then you basically know that it's pretty much law that fried food is cooked to order with the... exception of fries and/or tots. I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and it was ready by the time we got to the window and whenI looked at them they were old and gross, they were nothing even remotely close to fresh or warm.
