Took 10 minutes to even take my order. Only one group of two teens were in front of me. Person did not know how to multitask,... spent a minute between orders just standing there waiting and chatting while the next person decided what they wanted, ended upgiving us a smoothie that had way too much flavor and not enough ice. Coffee is okay, experience is okay. People here used to almost bail into your car to inject positive vibes straight into your... veins, and now people "just work here." 4 out of 4 drinks wrong so disappointed i love going to dutch bros and was supposed to be a treat but this group of workers had... our order all wrong 2 911 blended white coffee coconut milk add caramel to the blend coat the cup with caramel and caramel ontop the drink not the whip yes to whip they turned out watery and not tasting very good and we get these on a regular basisnever had them messed up this bad before. Then there was the blue rasberry freezeys they used the coffee freeze stuff and addedblue rasberry syrup. These we drinks for the kids and never have i had them made this way. $23.00 and four wrong drinks. Therewas a long line or else i would have done a karen and asked for a remake???????????? Read more
The staff is always friendly and very fast. I appreciate that when a few cars come at once they send someone out to cars in line... to take orders. It definitely speeds things up. They have a large selection to choose from and lots of non-coffee options forthe kids. You can't go wrong! Read more
