Quality of food has gone down to much. I used to depend JB for lunch. But several times I've ordered jumbo jack w cheese no... pickles and orings the jjc comes back with way to much sauce and still has pickles on it. The sauce just pours out all over andtwice the O-rings were burnt. And sometime the drive up person has unprofessional attitude. Read more
Wasn't too thrilled took 12 minutes to get my food in drive-thru they made me pull around to spot one or two out front... unfortunately one of their service trucks was blocking the signs so I couldn't find the number one in two spots, I ordered thenumber one the battery bacon Jack it's been awhile since I've been there the size of the burger decreased in size considerablybut at least 30% smaller, I ordered it with regular fries and was charged for curly fries and still got regular fries food wasgood and hot they've raised their prices considerably and made the food and sizes smaller! Quick midnite craving. Headed to Jack's. 4 cars in line ahead of us. Could see staff inside but struck me was no sense of... urgency. Sort of plodding along. Literally a 10 minute wait for simple order. Bit disappointing since only other fast food openwas Taco Bell, with 8 cars in line. Come on crew let's pickup the pace. Read more
I am so upset! I went to get some food on my break. Sat in line for 30 minutes, got my food. Got to work to eat it. And my sour... doh jack i ordered wasn?t a sour doh jack. I don?t know what it is honestly. My fries were cold. Not to mention I got rippedoff. Tried calling. No answer. Can?t really leave work to go deal with this. I won?t ever ever go here again. Spent 35.00 through Uber Eats and what a waste. I know it wasn't the drivers fault as it's only 5 minutes away. The Milk Shake... was melted. It was all over the drivers dash board. I felt bad for him. Both burgers missing cheese. One was no Mayo and had iton there. Also was no pickles. No lettuce was added to the other burger. Fries were soggy and just threw it away. Read more
Eh, fast food. All the food is small. Everything is cheap because their food is small and mostly heated all the way through. I... waited half an hour in the line the other day. No joke! I got a cheese cake at the twenty minute mark. Then they tried to giveme the wrong order when I made it to the window. I only ordered egg rolls lol. Read more
