Ordered a spicy east coast Italian, and got a club. Another customer returned a wrong order as well.. and no we didn?t have each... other?s sandwiches. I was expecting something a bit more special, but just a cold sandwich that anyone could make. The guy making sandwiches stopped in the middle of making sandwiches and dug his phone out of his pocket to show a coworker a... text. Then proceeded to continue making sandwiches without changing his gloves. Asked him to change his gloves before he made mysandwich and he just walked away shaking his head and went to work the register instead. Read more

They're sandwiches are really delicious but the prices have gone up quite high. To get a "double meat" 16 inch is $16. Single... mean is great if you like a bread sandwich lol I happen to like the taste of the meat. They're French bread is really delicious.I'm not sure if it's short of staffing but they are not open on Sundays and Mondays anymore you're the one and they open at10:30 a.m. Read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service with the Roseburg Jimmy Johns. My mom had ordered three of their boxes. I am a... teacher, and she was bringing lunch to me. She ordered me a vegetarian and had added some extra veggies. I was teaching summerschool, so by the time I had opened up my box, it had been awhile. I open up my box, and I realize that my sandwich was justbread and cheese, also known as a number 9 slim. Now things like this happen, so she called Jimmy Johns. First of all theyrefused to even talk about it until she had a receipt. She explained it was in her car, but they did not budge. Ok, so she wentout to get her receipt. She called them back and explained what had happened, but instead of offering to make it right, theykept claiming it was just a miscommunication. Now the receipt even said 9 slim. First of all, why would anyone want a bread andcheese sandwich? My mom had thoroughly gone through veggies with them. Were they not listening? When she tried to explain thatto them, they were still not taking it seriously. She then asked to speak to a manager. Which had them giggling and calling hera Karen. Now the manager or whoever it was, kept insisting it was a miscommunication. Finally she gets fed up and hangs up. Notonce did they offer to make it right, or take accountability. After a while they call back. My mom explained to them that theyhad been a long supporter of local businesses. In fact, she has used Jimmy John catering multiple times before. There is lots ofback and forth. To which nothing happens, so she hung up again. Finally they call back a third time. This time they finallyoffer to give her a credit. All of this is after she said she would no longer be supporting Jimmy Johns. However it is a storecredit which is laughable. They offered to remake it, after all of this, but only if she drove all the way back to the store.My school, is only 6 minutes away from the store by car.
