Parked us out front after ordering through the drive-through for 30 minutes to get half our order. Went in to see what was up... and was told they were waiting on one sandwich (out of 6 ordered). I saw 5+ people get that same sandwich before ours was donein the next 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and they only refunded what they didn't give us (after 40 minutes of waiting onit). The manager wasn't very pleasant and didn't offer to make anything right. 3 other people in line were having similarproblems, including the other 2 vehicles parked out front. 0/10 would not recommend. Leaving a one star review is more than they deserve. The managers are nothing but rude to the employees. In the time eating at... this place only one manager has been nice to his co workers. His name is Austin. All the other managers make it seem they arebetter than everyone else in this branch. They treat them like dirt and I overheard the general manager pretty much demandingone of his employees to put in their 2 weeks or he will fire the person on the spot if he doesn't fix his work times. Which Iheard the employee say they would if they could have the hours they were promised. None of the people there are being treatedright. As I was standing inside, waiting to be helped on a Sunday morning (11/6/22), I was very impressed by the hustle and... professionalism of the entire crew! These folks were working so hard, and getting the job done! It?s so easy sometimes to expect?fast? food and instant service. The service is so so in typical fast food industry standards McDonald's ranks at the bottom of my list for quality to car.... Quality to car means from the greeting at the outside menu to the pickup what's going on! If I got to McDonald's 5 times in aweek 3 out of 5 this specific McDonald's misses something or gets the order wrong. In addition the food is all prepared the samein every McDonald's yet the food here tastes different like it's been sitting really really long. Read more

New crew members as normal for any McDonald?s. They seemed under trained though. And corporate seriously needs to put money into... the ice cream machines and not new employees that don?t have proper customer service skill training. Waited 20 minutes on a curbside before going in to ask for it but when I got my food it was super soggy and old since they had... just left it on the counter for 20 minutes. Called McDonald's customer support they let me know they would let the franchiseowner know. I was not offered a refund or decent food. It's definitely fast food... I like some of their stuff, but often we are missing items, have orders made wrong and some have... been cold in the middle of the chicken.. They are a nice place to go to on road trips, you just have to make sure you goteverything and that they made it correctly! Read more
