I have yet to place an order that did not have some error. They've outright ignored me sitting at curbside pickup emptying drive... thru first and then me going to the window to ask where my order was. Read more

I?m over it. I normally do my best to be patient. I know some people are rude to fast food workers and I really do try not to be... that person. However, over the past 4 months or so, I have stopped in for various lunches, dinners, etc. at least 6 times. Eachtime, and I mean EVERY TIME, I was handed my drink and told to pull around and wait because my order of a QPC and fries, nothingspecial, was going to ?be a few minutes? Today was no different, really, except I was in the drive through, sitting at thewindow for a solid 5 minutes watching 3 employees all standing there chatting it up before they told me to pull around and wait.At this point, I still wasn?t angry, but I did ask why this happens every time. There was nobody in the drive through when Ipulled in, so what gives? I did get angry when the assistant manager asked what time of day I usually show up and I said mostlyaround this time, 6:30-7pm and his response was ?well that?s the problem? and coped an attitude with me. Um, what? It?s my faultfor showing up at your restaurant during a busy time? That?s all you?ve got? I might have accepted that, had the place beenbusy. ?Drive through? is meant to be quick and convenient. Order the food. Pay at the window. Receive food. Drive away. I?m notinterested in what the cause is or who is to blame. I?m only interested in getting my meal so I have time to taste it beforereturning to work.
