The last few times I?ve been in I?ve seen a lot of new faces and everyone is so happy and nice. There used to be some very rude... girls that worked there but I haven?t seen them in awhile thankfully. i love that they help me with suggestions on sauces. Mademe feel very welcome. Website and door says open Sunday 11-6. Here at 1:30 and the building is closed up. 3 different trips through Roseburg and... this has been the same issue. Likely staffing issues. Read more
Pita Pit has been on our lunch list for our lunches that our Drug Representatives bring as I work in a Mental Health Clinic (not... a very big one 12 people at max when everyone is in office and that is rare, today is also not one of those days that the officeis full either) not every time we have someone for lunch but occasionally we will want too order from Pita Pit, did not even geta chance too place the order, called at 11:02 (always call at 11 to place orders for lunches whenever we have them) talked toothe worker about placing a to go order for 9 people, she asked me a time frame I told the worker 11:45 - 12 ish, we have lunchblocked out at 12 for over an hour so was not concerned about it being done super quickly because I know it was a lot of ordersand it was getting close too their lunch rush time, and she handed me too another employee that did not give me her name andrefused service and was basically lecturing me about placing orders. Understandable for lunch rushes with bigger to go orders Inever want too cause the employees to be rushed or anything I know it gets busy, I wasn't asking it for it to be a priority overthe other stuff they had going on, most of our orders today were just the normal pitas with suggested toppings so nothing crazyI was trying too order either (not that I had the chance too tell them,) but the attitude I was given was actually insane for afast food restaurant trying too place an order. Have had no problems with this before when I have called to order from them inthe past as I have been doing this for over two years now and they have been wonderful until today, have never gotten lecturedfrom an employee of a fast food place. Doesn't look good to any of the patients or providers here at my office that overheardthe phone call. Got lunch from elsewhere. Read more
They have amazing food, however it?s the lady?s that work there are EXTREMELY rude. The short haired lady and the one with the... lip piercing are the absolute worse!!! The way they treat customers should aloud. Rolling their eyes because I ask a question.Seriously?! I love their pitas but I can?t go somewhere with terrible workers. The people are friendly and the food is fresh and wholesome. While the inside of the store is not as clean appearing as I would... like it to be the food area does appear clean. The selection of sandwiches is good , And they let you modify it however youwould like. Prices are not to bed, making a lunch meal affordable. The place is a bit small and cramped. The bathroom islikewise small and could also use some cleaning up. There was water on the floor and the toilet does not flush well. I did giveit a passing rating, of 4 stars. Read more
The middle eastern burrito ???? ????. I'm not om this side of town at kunch often but when I am I go to pita pit. There are so... many great options and I love that you get to customize it and add as many toppings and sauces as you want. Plus there is no upcharge for avocado! If you don't like it you only have yourself to blame try different to]ones next time. The staff are alwaysfriendly and professional. Read more
