Sakura is has good Sushi, I really like their specialty rolls like the crazy roll & the rocket roll. But don't sleep on the rest... of the menu. We enjoyed the sushi rolls and yakisoba. Food was fresh, price reasonable. Friendly service. However it took 15 min after... seating for us to be serviced, then 25 min to have the sushi rolls served. However ykisob took literally 2 min. Yakisoba wasalso good, just a bit salty. Overall was nice. Read more
I believe our waiter said his name was Tom. Super cool guy. Made excellent suggestions. My husband and I both got delicious food... that we were happy with. The sake was a fun experience. Finally, a great sushi place in roseburg! Went here on my birthday and got the caterpiller roll, the angry dragon roll, eel,... squid and octopus Nigiri which is 2 pieces of each on a bed of rice. The eel (unagi) is seriously the best meat in the world inmy opinion, I cant get enough of it. The octopus and squid were pretty tough, but we like to try new things so thats just apersonal preference. When its raw its much tougher then,if its cooked. These were raw. The two rolls we got were amazing, onewas eel the other was crab and salmon. We paired it with miso soup, crab puffs and hot saki. Will definitly be back. For sureour new sushi spot.
