OMG, the best Tacos I ever ate and I have had a bunch. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
We have been to Salud several times and it is fantastic. We love their food so much we hired them as our main food vendor at our... wedding at a winery in Roseburg. Manny, the owner, was extremely flexible helping us create a custom menu for our special day,including appetizers for cocktail hour and a menu for dinner. They did such an amazing job and everyone is still raving abouthow good the food was at our wedding. I would highly recommend Salud for anybody looking for a taco spot in Roseburg. Read more

We heart Salud! Fresh ingredients and creative combinations for both food and drinks. We?ve had just about every item on the... menu and always love everything. The food was tasty. We shared the tacos and quesadilla. The tacos were all fairly similar except for the change of protein. The... chicken was our favorite.
