1. Account show my credit card as expired. Using sane card. Tried twice to update expiration date. Would not let me. 2. Asked... for 'hot' chocolate croissant. It was room temp. 3. Bacon Gouda sandwich was dry and barely warm. 4. My Grande Soy Latte wasok. 5. I am driving a motorhome. After finding a parking spot and walking across it, I saw a sign indicating that I could haveordered online and had my order brought to my "car." Got a coffee here today. I prefer the drive thru in town but lately the coffee there has a burnt, bitter taste. I tried Fred... Meyer and the same. Happy to say that the coffee I got here today was not burnt. They did however forget to add an extra pumpof syrup as I had requested. That was my fault though for not tasting it before I left and having them correct it. But I hadfriends waiting in the car and didn't want to make them wait any longer. At least it wasn't burnt. I normally don't drink Starbucks, but I decided to have one for the first time in a few years, and their coffee is over $2 more... than my normal coffee from Dutch Bros! Plus it isn't even strong enough. I will never go here again! Read more
