Went into town from Glide. Went through the drive thru. They had me our order. Have to go back through the drive thru because... 1/2 the order was missing. Then get home to Glide and the order was completely wrong. Call to let them know about the issues.Some over paid snot answers and just says OK. Glad I waisted $22 for some smart mouth to get paid $15 an hour. If I was toanswer a complaint the same way we wouldn't be in business. Good luck Taco Bell. Give them a raise or a Big bonus! I waited in line over 30 minutes because only 3 people showed up. Doordash, one orders,... in-side & drive-thru. They showed up, had pleasant attitude and got my order done right. They need to be valued properly. 5stars for the employees. Negative 6 stars for the owners and their injustice! Read more
not the first time .. but this is now like the 3rd time ive gone to the Roseburg location before 3 am when there supposed to... close and the drive through is dark and no one is there... getting bad when fast food is getting into the false advertisementgame... why advertise something when your employees dont do it .. this location was closed at 2am when i got there so who knowswhen they actually closed and what's the point in having a dinning room if THAT TOO IS ALWAYS CLOSED!!! On way home w/kids, taco bell Is good, yeah? No... we were wrong. ! Tasted old, like the end of the meat pan. Hardly any... cheese on taco's, burritos were yuck. We threw 3/4 away. Read more

Last week went to get burritos after getting groceries. Had no idea it would take 40 minutes to get thru the line to order,... another 10 to get my food. Nice young girl gave me a coupon for a taco and said they were short handed. Ok, I accepted, gothome, ice cream melted and missing an item. This week tried it again, 56 minutes to go from order to food. Again, short handedand counted my items before I left. Missing 1 burrito and no sauces. Lobby closed both times and after 8:00 pm when ordering. Ican?t be the only one frustrated with this establishment. Guess no more burrito?s for my man?s cravings or I just drive toGreen District Taco Bell and see if they are quicker. Read more
