The service here at Taco Bell was very bad the people working on the food Lion really didn't even acknowledge me or speak to me... until they went to the counter with somebody else's order. 1. I don't work here and will not use a kiosk so a corporation can make a profit, you want my business take my money. 2. I only... had cash so they ignored me while I stood there for a good 10 minutes before I was helped. 3. Proceeded to make and hand outorders to drive thru and door dash while I waited another 15 minutes for them to make 2 burritos. Had it been busy I would haveunderstood but when I got there I was the only person in the lobby....Costumer service is down the toilet. Read more

The workers here work very hard to give all customers the food they ordered. However because many do not show up and have no... work ethic, they are always working so hard. However, last night, Oct 5, I had an order for 6 drinks. I asked the worker afteronly giving me 4 if this was correct and showed him the order. He said, NO, this is it. They had one car in line, me, not busy.When I arrived at the house, I waited after delivery and sure enough, there were two drinks missing. I called the manager infront of the customer who was so sweet and he told me to have them refund with DoorDash, but that would not get them theirdrinks. He screamed at me and said, too bad! I told customer, I would pause my dash and run back to Taco Bell, get their drinkand be right back. I am sure they thought I would not return, but I did within 12 minutes with Ice Cold drinks! Customer was sokind and am grateful for his kindness and patience. I am calling DoorDash now to report this level of irresponsibility on thepart of Raul, the manager and whoever forgot these drinks when no one was there! Normally the food is okay. Went in the other day and place an order. The Crunchwrap Supreme was like it was just thrown together... and falling apart. The worst part is the tables feel greasy. I got up and moved from one to another and that table felt the sameway. They need to clean your table better and more often. Read more

This place needs some serious work. I will stop going to this location because every time I go now the quality gets worse, the... lines longer and to top it off their lobby is closed meaning they have little excuse for the long wait. I am tired of spendingmoney on garbage. Absolutely would not recommend. Read more
