This is the third time think week that I?ve gotten a cup with a whole in the side. I?m very disappointed. It stained my hoodie... today, last time got all over my passenger seat, and spills all over my cup holders. I?m very upset about my hoodie because itwon?t come clean and I just bought it and that I have to keep going back because they won?t check the cup before they hand itout. Please do better and compensate for other people getting broken cups like me. Read more

This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Super disappointing. Time and time again I?m stuck in either a... lineup inside or in the drive through. Watching the staff is painful. Nobody is working with any sort of haste. Considering thisis the only Tim Hortons in the area, I would have hoped that they staffed it better and actually showed some initiative whileworking. Service is a bit slow. Steeped tea is awful. Ordered 2 Large steeped teas. Both taste like watered down milk. These are my... favourite thing about Tim?s .. it?s disappointing when you pay the extra instead of making for self at home and not getting itmade correctly. Totally worth less experience. Most unprofessional staff. 1. Paid20 in cash for $14 purchase and got only Looney back. When... asked for my balance the response was"Sorry my till is closed." Waited more than 5 minutes just for the balance. 2. Then Icecappuccino we ordered were given to other drive thru customers which according to them is given "by mistake" 3. Poorest managed Tim's I have ever been to / Slow even when not busy and staff (some) standing around like a deer in headlights.... Several times and it's always the same. All I can attribute this consistent disappointment to is poor training and an absence ofanyone in charge on the floor.I'd hate to see this place if it was busy. Read more
