There once was a time long ago when this establishment was great how ever in recent time that has changed drastically . It was... about two years ago I noticed the service and quality went down hill a little from what it used to be therefore I stopped comingin . The other Night my wife was working late and my son and I wanted to dine out and I thought I'd give the wildcat a secondchance. When we arrived our host told us to take a seat and that the menus would be brought out to us , we wait fifteen minutes( just about to up and left but better late then never our menus came ) I ordered a beer to start that's when the waitressbrought me another beer because they did not have what I ordered, they brought me a beer I was allergic I told them I can'tdrink it the waitress tried to convince me to take it I refused . I asked for my sons burger to be without meat and they wantedus to order a beyoned Meat burger but all we wanted was the burger without meat soon after and waitress asked if we wanted agrilled cheese but again I told her just a burger without meat . I ordered the ultimate burger they bought me out the wrong mealit was then I was fed up and just wanted to eat pay and leave I was completely dissatisfied with the service they also forgotthe drink my son ordered and my beer that I ended up ordering was watered down and tasted nothing like an IPA . My husband and I have gone to this restaurant many times before, experiencing good service and tasty food but not last evening.... We ordered the ribs which were precooked, purchased maybe from Costco. The sauce was too strong with vinegar favor, roastedpotatoes totally dried out and the cauliflower mixed vegetables were still crunchy with cheese sauce over. We asked for sourcream, to which the waiter was not sure they had in the kitchen! We asked for a separate dish to place our rib bones into andher reply was, "Here take this already dirty salad bowl to place your bones into, then the dishwasher will not have so manydirty dishes!!" Wasn't impressed by the food. I ordered French onion soup. It was awful...tasted like the chef poured a whole bottle over... Bovril into it...ugh! My ceasar salad was so overdressed that it was like a wet dishrag...so limp. I don't know about others,but I like my salads crispy. Service was good and if the waitress hadn't forgotten to charge us for our second drink, I wouldhave made an issue about inedible food. Read more
If you're craving a real beef burger this might not be the place. My reivew is not meant to be negative feedback, but rather a... heads up for someone who has a specific burger in mind. They're purchased frozen and ground too smooth so the texture is soft.The caramelized onions on top made for an even more slimey bite. Both the onion rings and potato wedges were great! Lovely, friendly staff and delicious food. Don?t forget to enjoy the mountain view on the terrace. The only recommendation I... would add is if they provide the option of serving the salad sauce on the side, I found it to be too much. Highly recommend thisplace ? Read more
