Unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to try their food. It saddens me to say I never will. I ordered an order through... doordash and the items were nothing like the pictures. I brought an egg roll and received egg rolls, amongst other things. Myorder was incorrect. I called them to rectify the issue and they proceeded to explain that the pictures on doordash wereincorrect. Therefore, false advertisements. I called 3 times. The first time they transferred me over the manager and it went tovoice mail. The second time I asked them not to forward the call and get someone to the phone because it goes to voicemail andthey did it anyway. Finally, the third time someone actually helps. After explaining the miscommunication the individual furtherinsinuate they can not refund or fix my order! The customer service was the not greatest. We ordered yesterday night, the food tasted good but unfortunately during the night I started getting sick ending up throwing up... all I had and hours later I’m still sick. I ordered shrimp fried rice, I do believe some type of cross contamination happenedand made me sick since my fiancé ordered something completely different and he’s fine. Order at your own risk. We just moved to Rosedale last year and decided try China One the first week here. Let me just say this is the best Chinese food... me or my husband has ever had!! We’ve ordered different items of the menu and always impressed with the taste flavors thetemperature of the food the fast delivery!!! We order from here at least twice I’ve a week. Read more
Not sure what changed recently but this place is back to being on point and when I place a delivery order it always arrives in... less than 30 minutes, even during lunch hour. I always say I'm gonna venture outside my comfort zone but usually end up goingwith my tried & true favorites - Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Shrimp Lo Mein, Bourbon Chicken, Shrimp Toast & for hubby Egg Rolls.The Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is marked as being spicy but trust me, it's not and I always forget to ask them to add a little moreheat. The shrimp are a nice size while the ones in the lo mein are a bit smaller and the bourbon chicken lasts me for days,kinda have a feeling they're adding red food color to the dish though. They have lunch specials that run to 3:30 so if I'mplanning on having this for dinner I usually order before that cut off time to save a few bucks for nearly the same amount offood Read more
