This Rosedale IHOP is disgusting. I have never had a Hollandaise sauce on an Eggs Benedict taste like mustard with grainy lumps... of flour in it. Food was served almost cold even though there were only 4 customers in the restaurant. Staff was standingaround while tables and floor were filthy. Had the pleasure of seeing 2 roaches by the hostess stand as we left. The healthdepartment needs to close this place down as the manager obviously knows nothing about running a business yet alone keeping oneclean. Read more
After several bad experiences with IHOPs around town, I was hesitant to try this new one that opened near us but I do enjoy... pancakes. I'm soooo glad we stopped in. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, professional and very accommodating, Ihave certain physical difficulties. The food, of course, is great. It's IHOP after all. Read more
The restaurant is amazing. We were waiting for our server, but she did not show up. Then Jackie saw us and jumped into action.... Even though we were not in her section, she took our order. That's what is called commitment to provide good service. Jackiedeserves a raise. Read more

I have often been to IHOP in other locations, but we really enjoyed our food here. Breakfast was delicious, the protein pancakes... were really good. It was a weekend day, so it was busy. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Good service. Read more
They were a little short staffed, but once we were seated every thing was good. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and it was good... and way to much to eat so I had leftovers for later. Read more
This is unacceptable there was no manager on duty. My question is who's holding the serv safe certificate. This was the worst... IHOP I have been to in a while. The server said the the humidity did this to the salt. Then my food comes out cold ???? as allout doors. When I asked for the manager there was no manager to be found in site. I was told the manager was not scheduled to bein until 9:30 10:00 so then I asked well if the health inspector came in who hold the serv safe certificate. I don't know whoneeds to hear this but This Restaurant Needs To Be Inspected for a number of reasons. In This Covid era somebody's going to getsick eating out of this restaurant. It's just sad that so many people take jobs that they have no passion for at this point theentire staff needs to be fired.
