I used to get the #5 Vito, but now I started getting the Lil john, which is just as good but less bread....even though the bread... is sooooooooo good. The best bread, actually. I work at golden Ring Plaza, so when I left work today my husband said stop and get a sandwich for our dinner, I saw Jimmy Johns... and stopped we have never eaten there, when I walked in and up to the counter a young lady at a sink on the left Tabatha, lookedat me never said anything and looked at me again after the third time, I said are you going to take my order and what I shouldhave done is left, she came over never said anything I said hello and that I would like to order 2 sandwiches, I told her what Iwanted still thinking I should just leave, she said go over there and wait for it she took one of the sandwiches slammed it onthe counter and said to me you can put it in the bag so I reached over the counter and got a bag and put my sandwich in it,looking at a big pickle sign on the wall saying don?t forget the pickle, so I told her don?t forget the pickle well no picklesfor me and my husband, not even a napkin, wow how can you have people working for you like this, I will never grace yourbusiness with my hard earned dollar where I say hello, good morning, how can I help you, thank you for shopping with us and havea great day, to every patron that comes to my department. I definitely felt robbed leaving this Jimmy Johns in Rosedale, MD when they made me a sandwich I did not ask for. Unfortunately,... they ran out of hot peppers and couldn't communicate that with me. I would've cancelled my order. Instead of communicating thatto me when I got to the store, I had to drive back and forth to the store, when I found out an ingredient was missing. The onlyreason I ordered that sandwich was because of the hot peppers. Instead of accommodating me for the inconvenience themanager/supervisor did not do anything but explain why they had no peppers. While ordering I noticed that the bread was sitting on a metal rack covered with flies. I told the rep that there are flies all... over the bread and asked if I could have bread that didn't come from that rack. The rep looked at me and said " I don't knowwhat you want me to do about it." The rest of the staff said whatever and went back to what they were doing. So since I couldn'tget a sandwich not covered in bacteria and disease. We left with no food. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say wewon't be back.
