This is my favorite Panera, the cashiers make my day everyday I go in there. I believe their names are Sam and I forget the... other one name but she?s great too. I went in today around 3:24 and I didn?t even need to say my order they simply just know myusual. And they put up with my unusual requests and I love them for that. Very kind and helpful staff. A lovely atmosphere and plenty of comfortable seating. Appropriate for school and remote working,... simply dining, meeting friends or even reading a book over coffee. The food is always great-tasting and fresh, and I?ve neverexperienced longer than expected wait times for my food or beverages. If you want to eat your fill, things can get a littlepricey (I ordered a ?take two? with Mac n cheese and a Caesar salad, with an iced latte. That cost me almost exactly $20. Read more

Great tasting food, fast pickup. Very lackluster customer service by one elderly lady in the morning who doesn?t greet customers... well, if at all. I?ve gotten the bagel packs several times, and the bagels are consistently sliced crooked. Not sure if that?s amachine or human error. I ordered the group soup which states serves 4. It barely served 2. One person would definitely get more broth than anything... else. I called to inquire about more order, whomever answered the phone must have thought they were home since they said"Hello". I had to asked if this was Panera. I questioned the individual she asked did I get a tall container, I don't know ifyou would consider it tall. I was placed on hold to speak with the manager you guessed it after 10 minutes the call disconnectsand when I called back you guessed it again now the phone just rings and rings several times then disconnects.
