I ordered a steak sub from this restaurant but received the wrong order. I was babysitting my granddaughters and didn't sit down... to eat as soon as the order arrived. When I opened my order a few hours later after getting the girls settled, I saw that Ireceived the wrong steak sub. I called the restaurant and the person who answered asked me why I was just calling if I receivedthe order hours before. Not that it was any of their business, but I explained that I had my granddaughters, had to do theirhair and get them settled before I sat down to eat. The person said he was getting the manager ? who never came to the phone ?and told me I had to bring to the restaurant the wrong steak sub before they would make me another one. This isn?t the firsttime my order has been wrong or skimpy, but it is the last time I?m ordering from them. And to top it off, the "steak" was justground beef. They tried to tell me that's how it always is, which isn't correct because I had ordered one from them just a weekprior, which is why I re-ordered it because it was really good. Read more
5 dollars for Fries and gravy. Small amount and they taste like fish. Ridiculous never go there AGAIN!!

I would recommend this place!!!!! This place is GROSS, I received my food and it was hair in my food. I had to wait 30 mins and... was like for work because they do not practice hygiene in their restaurant. I wouldn?t recommend spending money here. The foodis either burned or it?s something inside your food. They don?t care about their customers health! It?s a waste of money!!!I?ll never order from this place ever again. Read more
About a month ago we ordered pizza and garlic bread sticks. The bread was soft but had NO season or even butter. Contacted via... email and they called (not what i wanted) and left msg saying call. No thanks. Tried to order pizza for pickup. Told have to paywith credit. We don't own a card. Cash is the currency is it not?? Told to hold while they transferred or something. Hung up andordered elsewhere with NO problem. Lots of bad reviews. Read them and skip this place. Read more
I've been ordering from Pat's for a few years. Always quick delivery, mostly polite service. The last time I ordered the one I... spoke to was great. He offered to remind me of what I have ordered in the past and was just extremely polite about it. A goodexperience, I was impressed. And, as usual, pizza was great! Read more
They could have been a little more friendly.. 15mins called for pickup . Pizza Was Not hot had to re heat once I got home at... 5mins distance .. taste okay .. for 15.00 should have been HOT Read more
