I gave Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Golden Ring 2 stars because they messed up my order and wouldn't fix it. This was only my... second time there but if they are not going to right a wrong I may not want to go back again. Roach was found inside my smoothie. Smoothies are made with the same blenders that touch every other smoothie. They just rinse... the blender then toss it back onto the other ones, it looks gross. My smoothie even had a weird after taste. I don?t like thissmoothie cafe at all or the workers here. Owner is a weirdo and the workers are stuck up. Read more
The food and the smoothies were good but the service was not! I went there because coupons came in the mail and this location... told us that they don't take coupons. I should have left but had already ordered. Thats not good business and we will not bereturning. They even told us to go to Dundalk and use our coupons, they said that location does not accept coupons. Read more
Sitting in the parking lot as I write this review. The person that walked in after me was acknowledged first even though both... ladies seen me as I walked in and stood at the register. No one ever said hi, hello or how can we help you. If anything theyseemed annoyed and bothered that I walked in. First time here and service sucked along with the half way mixed smoothie Ireceived. Ok, so this is one of the best treats you will have. I've had the best smoothies and treats here. So far I've had the Blueberry... Bliss, Mango Madness, Maple Kissed Sweet Potatoes, Jalapeno Corn, Fresh Fruits and the Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Flatbread! Omg! Try all of these and others. What I love is you can get them with or without sugar or sweetener with lower cal. I'm onthe road a lot and this is a great way to enjoy something delicious, healthy and not eat the junk food I use to eat. Theatmosphere is clean and friendly staff! Read more
My smoothie was great. The size of the smoothie makes so you can drink it throughout your day. The wrap was ok. The reason this... gets a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the wrap. The tortilla took away from the wrap. There is so many layers of it that itmade the contents of the wrap less enjoyable. I ended up deconstructing the wrap and cutting the tortilla in half. After that itwas great. Next time I will get a bowl. Read more
