We recently had a small family celebration on a Saturday afternoon. This was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. We all... LOVED the food and Allan was so helpful and accommodating. The steak was delicious! Penne vodka- was the best- most of theguests said they could have eaten more- but portions were very generous. The staff was so kind and helpful- they made the day sonice too. The profiteroles are the BEST dessert ever!! we brought and cake and didnt need it! A superb local Italian restaurant that is worth the drive! Very warm and inviting, chef owned. Really excellent and innovative... Italian cuisine with a large menu from classics to new innovations. PEI mussels in a light saffron sauce is a must try but youcan't go wrong with anything! Check for daily specials – they're always great. Friendly and knowledgeable service, verycomfortable, very large portions, very reasonable prices. BYOB. The whole staff is fully vaccinated for covid-19 and wearsmasks. A real gem. Took takeout and my family loved the food. The black ink linguine was great and the veal was amazing. I loved the eggplant... appetizer. Was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was and just sorry we didn’t try before. Read more

I recently had a party for my husbands 70th for 30 guests, everything was excellent. Menu option # 3 served family style was my... choice with a few extra dishes added. And, accommodated a gluten free dish for one of our guests. Trish and Allen did an awesomejob setting up the restaurant, everyone was comfortable and very happy with all of the food. A small Italian restaurant in Roseland, NJ. It’s in a small strip mall and not very visible from the street, you have to... search for it. Cute and pleasant interior space with table cloths (no restaurants in Portland have table cloths, I missed tablecloths) vase of flowers, and a candle on the table. They have an extensive menu I have been here many times and each visit isdelightful. It is a BYOB which I like. Fried calamari is perfectly fried, pastas are cooked to perfection.
