HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will NOT return!!! Nor recommend this place to anyone! I placed an order online & it stated food would be... ready for pick-up in 45mins. Showed up about an hour after placing order. Go inside to pick-up window. Cashier runs my cc forpayment & then after getting payment informs me it will be another 5 to 10min wait. Only area to wait in is a VERY SMALL waitingroom with 4 chairs. NO DONE IN AVAILABLE AT THIS PLACE even though their online, menus, & outside sign states DINE IN. So I wentback out to my car waited 5mins went back in & waited in line behind 3 other customer's to them be told again 5 to 10 more minsfor my order. Went back outside to my car waited another 5 mins went back in, waited in line AGAIN for my turn. Then once I amat the window the girl takes 2!! phone call orders, & still has not even acknowledge me. She then walks to the back & comes backup front to then push my bag of food through the window & shuts the window. The attitude & overall service from this location isHORRENDOUS. **Also would like to note. On the order I specified no carrots in the vegetable fried rice. It was also notated onthe order form (menu) & as you can see by the attached photo...there are carrots in this fried rice. If I had to wait well overan hour & 15 mins for my order I'd expect it to be 100% correct. HORRIBLE Read more
Food is ok,, but the wait time is to long. We ordered on line and it said it would be 45 minutes. When we got there to pick it... up we where told it would be 5 more minutes and we where told that several times. If we didn't already pay we would have kustleft. Plus they messed the order up. Also the sigh says dine in, yet they don't let you dine in. I just can't recommendthis restaurant at this point. ???? Read more
My family has lived around here for a very long time ordering from this place. Ordering food online has always been swift, easy,... and efficient. We always order meals for the family and it always comes with extra sauce, rice, and fortune cookies. Very wellput together and never takes a long time for the food to be made. Before covid hit the inside of the restaurant was absolutelygorgeous and I can't wait for it to be safe so everyone can eat inside the place again. This place is very nice for a quick pickup of Chinese food and I always recommend!!! Read more
Ordered a few times here and never had an issue until I got the Chicken "chow mein" this is apparently what it is. I thought... there had been a mistake but the person I talked to told me they use vegetables instead of noodles even though the menu sayscrunchy noodles. Just make sure to ask for a description of what you order so you don't get a surprise like this Read more

The food is always good. Sometimes the service, not so much. The young daughter is rarely friendly and should not be out front... taking care of customers coming in for pickup orders as she can be quite rude at times. Other than that, I will always eat hereas the food is very good. UPDATE 10/23/19: The food continues to be very good! Yeah, the Crab Rangoon's do leave a little to bedesired, but everything else we've ever ordered here has been very good! The youngnest daughter is now up front taking care ofcustomers and is much more polite and respectful as compared to her older sister. Believe me, even if the food is very good, whoyou put out front taking care of customers makes a world of difference and can make or break your restaurant. People want to betreated with respect when they come to a restaurant, even if they are taking their order with them. If the service isn'tfriendly, good chance I won't be back... The food is good, but the wait is way too long. The last 3 times I've ordered, the wait time has been over an hour. Sometimes 2.
