I seen a review someone left here of the lobby floor showing how dirty it is.I wonder if you're the customer that was killing... spiders while waiting for your food.That's not even the half of what goes on. They also sell rotten food. I have proof. Themanagement doesn't seem to be concerned at all. If you have eaten here in the month or so you may have had food poisoning. Read more
Wouldn?t recommend ordering from here. Place is very unkept in the front, I can only imagine the back. Staff was rude. There was... a gentleman who came in to pick up a pizza and they didn?t have the dough needed to make it, after he had placed the orderalready. They didn?t even offer and substitutions. I placed an online order for the Book It deal 2 days ago. We ordered two pizzas and one of them was requested to have onions and... sausage. When the pizza arrived it had sausage and pineapple on it. Not realizing this right away, my husband who is allergic topineapple took a bite and had an immediate reaction. When we called the store they wanted us to bring the pizza back so theycould confirm that it was pineapple because their cook swore they had put onions on it, clearly not believing us. They then toldus that they couldn?t get us a new pizzas cause they only used doordash and the only thing we could do if we were regulars wasissue a refund. I told them a refund would have to do and they hung up. I have still yet to receive a refund for this debacleand outrageous error. Ordered the big box. Didn't look ANYTHING like the picture, but that's not why I came here to write a review. I ordered... BREADSTICKS with MARINARA SAUCE and I get home and there is NO MARINARA with my order. Tried to call them...got through to ageneric Pizza Hut line that transferred me to the store. A guy answered and asked if I could hold...and left me on hold for over20 minutes before I hung up. Pizza was edible, which is why I didn't go with 1 star and gave them 2. Will I be back? If you want Pizza Hut don?t order from this one. The manager has the worst customer service. I ordered 3 extra marinara sauces... and I called and told them she said ?I put them in there? well I only got the 2 that comes with the meal. So I called for arefund. And apparently they can?t do that. Never heard of a restaurant that doesn?t give a refund. And she hung up on me.Horrible horrible. Any 4 or 5 star reviews are an entire lie! Don't eat here. The pizza/cleanliness is subpar. And customer service is below... subpar. All responses to any negative review are automated. They do not care! Let them go out of business. We need somethingbetter on that corner. Read more
