Apparently the new thing that's going on is not reading what is written on the drink order. This isn't something that has... happened once but three times at the same location with different days apart. Example, Gr Van Sc Ncb with 2 pump Toffee nut. Nowthe abbreviation is all Starbucks language but how hard is this order compared to all the drinks people order. If it's Starbuckslanguage then maybe it's time for Starbucks to print the words all out, to make it easy for the barista to read. But every timeI pull up for my order, I get black Nitro cold Brew with no sweet cream or toffee nut. Two stars are for the taste of Ncb. Wasteof my $5.90 and my time. Read more
They actually get my order right every single time and they have wonderful employees that really brighten up your day. This is... hands down my favorite Starbucks, and I am so happy it's a stone throw away from my house! Great service...so clean..music is nice, calm neighborhood...The free refills for gold members is the best thing ever (you have... to pay using their app)...staff is very friendly. Update: they renovated the interior of the store, but I like the older designmore, the older tables and chairs were better quality and more quantity, and they had chargers...They have sacrificed theutility for the feel.
