Ordered two large iced pumpkin spice signature lattes and two toasted sesame seed bagels with cream cheese. Through the drive... through they had taken 15 minutes. I checked my bank acct because they had an issue with the card machine only for them tocharge me twice. So I go back; they did give me the food I paid for instead of a refund it only took them 20 minutes to make thesame order again. The store was completely empty both times so I don't know what took them so long. Read more

Manager(female) was repulsive. We asked for a cappuccino (intending for an ice cappuccino but did not specify nor was asked to... specify, not the issue) and was given a hot cappuccino. We apologized and asked for an iced cap, to which they said no and topay for another. We then asked for JUST ICE IN A CUP, and they wanted to charge us for it. They said it would come out of theirpocket to give us ice in a cup?ICE, IN A CUP. Absolutely worst service, and will never ever be back. Read more

When I asked about in door seating was it open to dine in, I told yes its open but limited to 53 minutes. You have to leave... after that time ! Which was offensive to me as if I didn't drive up there in my car & was some one just trying to stay warm ! Toadd to it there wasn't anyone in the there at the time but one other customer myself & grandson . Then the restrooms were locked& had out of order on them when we seen an employee come from it . The most of the tables had crums on them we had to fine onetwo seater that was clean . Read more

Very poor customer service. Supervisor Douglas very rude and so are some of the employees. When you complain about it there's no... follow up with management. They also never give you your receipt when you order thru the drive thru. Don't spend your moneyhere. Read more

Didn't like the fact that they only do online ordering, so got out of the drive thru line go inside looking to order then... finally someone ask are ordering? You can't only thru mobile app.. can you at least put a sign out so customers can know. Now ifyou ever been here the drive thru is a bit weird and if it's packed like it was, which I assume because there is no more walk inorders. It becomes hectic and dangerous as cars from 2 entrance trying to make it to one.. Read more

There's usually a long wait for the drive thru in the morning, but otherwise it's very convenient. This location often won't... make some of the less frequently ordered menu items, but if you want a more typical drink it's fine. Their decaf and dark roastis often stale, so stick with the regular coffee. Their service is good, and I always see them wearing masks. Read more
