The worst customer service, the telephone operator is very disrespectful and rude, and she can't describe the dishes that are on... their menu. The dishes are filled up with a lot of rice and potatoes but a little bit of meat. The quality of the food hasdecreased compared with what it was before. The prices are higher than other Peruvian Restaurants in the area but the lowquality, service, and atmosphere make it don't worth it. Read more

I decided to visit this place and purchase a combo (chicken, rice, fries and salad) since I was on a budget. When I first walked... up to the cashier I said hello and I requested the menu and she was playing with her phone with no attempts to assist me andinstead of handing me the menu she pointed at a corner and said ?they are over there?. I went and grabbed it myself andreturned to her ( she tried to fix her careless answer by attempting to grab the menu but at that point I stopped her and toldher I was fine) Then I ordered my food for pick up and tip her $3, knowing that I was taking it home. However I changed my mindand decided to request to stay and eat there. Right away the girl and another worker said to me that I ?couldn?t stay and eatthere because I only purchase the combo? I felt very embarrassed since I had to tell my two children and mother to get up fromthe table and to go back to the car. I pray that this establishment open their eyes and realize that business is businesswhether is $30 or $300. It all adds up. I wish that God blesses them abundantly not only with customers but also with wisdom,and empathy since they seem to be lacking it. The food was decent but customer service very poor. Read more

Food is nice and delicious, but service could be better. The price showed on the menu is not true, it turns out to be like 3-4... usd more expensive when they charged my credit card. That is not very honest behavior. Then the staffs are not that friendly, Idon?t know if that is only me, but some of them kind of stared me, maybe because I?m an asian with a mask on? CHORITOS A LA CHALACA IS A 9.5 RATING. ONE OF THE BEST DISHES THEY HAVE IN THIS VERY CLEAN AND GOOD LOOKING AMBIEMCE. THE... CEVICHE WAS A 7.5 RATING. Food is delicious, good prices too, the restaurant is beautiful. But the reason why I didn?t leave 5 stars was because the... waiter his name Jonathan works alone and has no help. This affects service more than they can imagine, and gives a negativeperception on how they treat their workers.
