UPDATE OCTOBER 2022. I took a chance and returned to this location. It went from the worst to the best now. The staff was... great. The food was perfectly made. It was a complete turnaround!! Been going to this location for years. The last two visitsare my last two ever. I always order ahead on the app and I always order combos, typically the cravings box. The past time, wemade the mistake of pulling away before checking our order. We were missing 3 items, one random thing from each box, but didn'thave the time to return. We did get all of our drinks without asking. This time (today), they gave us one drink three boxes. They gave me attitude and a look of disbelief when I asked for the other two drinks but agreed, and started to fill them. Wetook the time to check our boxes and found three items missing again. One cinnamon twist, one crunchy taco and one soft taco. I pointed out the missing items. Suddenly a girl came half way out the window saying she would have to charge me because myorder was supposed to have a soft taco not a hard taco. I lifted the two boxes, each missing a taco and said I just want what Ialready paid for, but was not given yet. She immediately yelled " I'm the manager and you can get NOTHING, OK!, YOU can justLEAVE OK!" Then she slammed the window. Before I could leave she reopened and handed me a bag. It had one crunchy taco in itupside down. I just left. Still short of the soft taco and cinnamon crisps. Horrible food!!!!! Found a bug in the soft potato taco! DISGUSTED! Never going back to this location! Made me wait 30 mins for 2... tacos and a drink and came home to see a bug in the taco. Read more

The customer service experience which I received at the drive through window TONIGHT was just TERRIBLE. The young girl who was... at the window tonight, Friday August 12, 2022 @ about 8:35 P.M., should NEVER deal with customers face to face. She turned mysmile, upside-down. She had a poor attitude, no manners, her face was frowned and lastly she dropped my dollar on the ground.What happened to placing it in my hand...she had on gloves so there would not have been any skin contact if that was herconcern...(which I doubt). She was just unhappy, unpleasant and rude. What a WASTE of time and money...if she's that nasty to acustomers face there's no telling what she'd do to a customers food. O complaints about the food, however the last two times I went the girl at the window was very rude.. she had a nasty... attitude the first time and gave me the wrong order after she handed it to me without looking at me.. today she did the same?she was talking and joking with her coworkers and without looking my way handed my bag towards me and after I took it she shutthe window.. so rude? August 15, I ordered the crunchy taco Supreme and the nachos cheese Doritos locos taco Supreme. They gave me my tacos almost... with nothing in the inside and no sour cream and no tomato. All my 12 tacos were like this one. This is the second time in amonth that they gave me my order in that condition. And because it's wrap, you just see it when you go home.
