Very good local place in Roselle with delicious Mexican food. The owner is super sweet, very down to earth, and has a bit of a... sense of humor. The staff is also uber sweet. I usually order food every Monday afternoon, when I'm in Roselle teaching ballet.I often speak in Italiano with the owner, as I use to live in Italia for 13 years. We were looking for lunch passing through and happened to stop here. What an absolute gem! The employees were so kind and... friendly. I can't get over how fresh and delicious all the food was. We got a few pizza slices along with some Mexican dishesand both were awesome. The meat was cooked perfectly and very tender and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The prices weregreat too. My sister told me about this place and I truly wasn't interested in going because I've never liked guacamole; however, I believe... in giving credit where credit is due. The owner is not only warm and hospitable....he does everything from SCRATCH y'all. I havewitnessed so many places who will have pizza behind the glass counter and give you a slice by warming it up in theoven.....NOPE....he rolls out his dough and makes the most delicious pizza on the spot !!!!
