Nothing short of amazing, heard about this place on social media through a friend. I took a little trip 25-30 minute drive just... for it and it was worth every minute. We ordered the triple threat pepperoni with garlic knots and sausage calzone?.it was superflavorful with a nice crunch to it, the calamari was also flavorful with a light crunch and perfect balance?the employees weresuper nice?.my only flaw is that they don?t live closer lol best 10/10 I highly recommend it. I have been wanting to go to this place ever since I saw a pictures of their pizza. This was the 1st time and it won't be the... last time that I visit here. First time ordering from Joes. I had a specialty pizza- penne vodka with breaded chicken and a garlic knot crust. Delicious and... it put me to sleep. I will be back on another Friday night to indulge. About $40 after tip but it was worth it. I almostsettled for a pepperoni pie from some other spot but glad I didn?t go that route. Read more
LOCATION.... On a busy main road. There are several steps up to enter the pizzeria. Near exits/entrances to the parkway. A Wawa... and Quick Check are located across the street. PARKING..... There is NO Parking Lot!! Street Parking ONLY!!! The lot you seebelongs to the pub and has signs stating so. FOOD.... The menu is expansive. So many options to choose from! We always go forthe personal pizzas, which are ONLY AVAILABLE on Wednesday and Thursday. In general, the pizzas were amazing. The crust is thinand crispy. They don't skimp on the cheese or toppings and they are a nice size. The Hawaiian... The ham was not salty. Thepineapples were not to sweet or bitter. Overall, a great tasting Hawaiian. The Crazy Italian Margherita.... Vodka sauce withmozzarella sticks. The sauce is not to thick or creamy, just perfect for a pizza. Just not enough cheese to balance with thesauce. The Bruschetta.... Diced tomatoes and red onions on a cheese pizza with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and garnished withchopped basil. With all those delicious toppings, the cheese was lacking. We will continue to patronize this amazingestablishment. SERVICE.... Service was good. When ordering online for pick-up, they called to let us know our order was readyearly. DINE-IN.... You must call to make dine-in reservations. This location is small and has few tables. (COVIDPrecautions) PRICE.... A little expensive. - 2 personal pizzas, a water and a Snapple were $30 + tax - 3 personal pizzas were$35 + tax ** If you use the Slice app, know that you are paying a Supporting Local Fee of $1-2, none of which goes to thebusiness. My family and I (Party of 8) drove 40 minutes to this loction without any knowledge of the reservation protocol, for my sister's... birthday. Joanne, although very hesitant, allowed us to stay and dine in after some convincing. She seemed to be very concernedwith not being able to meet our needs. But the staff was great! Including Victoria the young lady at the register who continuedto check in on us. The pizza DID NOT FAIL! We first ordered the chicken Parm slider crust with chicken bacon ranch as thepizza. Then we had the garlic knot crust with bacon cheese fries pizza. We also the the super crispy BBQ wings. We also had themozzarella sticks, but that was the only negative as we were expecting the thunder sticks like in Asbury. I think their pizza is great! Perfect size crust and very delicious. My only issue is on multiple occasions I have bit into... olive pits when I get black olives on the pie. Not a pleasant thing to do while you are trying to enjoy your pie withoutworrying there is something in it. Read more
