The manager really made me stand in line between cars at the drive though!!? I placed an order online to pick up in store in... person and when I showed up at 7:50pm the door was locked. Someone came to unlock it but the manager said not to let anyone in.I said I have an online order and I don?t have a car to use the drive through but the manger told me to go stand in the drivethrough line. Of all the McDonald's I've visited, this one is top. The servers bring your order to your table (quickly) if you're dining in.... It's always clean. Typically I have to wipe down my table at a fast food restaurant, never here. The sofa seating is incrediblycomfortable. The bathroom is in immaculate condition. My new favorite McDonald's! Read more
Order online and waited for 20 minutes at window. Very rude and non listening staff. After 15 min a guy came out to say your... food is still cooking sir. No estimated time. Just spoke his words and close the window. Another story after 5 min another guycame out saying my order didn?t go thru. Why were they cooking if it didn?t go thru. ???? lol I checked my CC and transactionwas approved. I canceled my order and left. Will not go to any Mc Donald for sure. Read more
This McDonald's has the most ignorant employees of any McDonald's I ever been to. Ask for coffee light and sweet and it comes... with barely any cream and no sugar. Ask for folded yellow egg on my breakfast sandwich and it comes with white egg. They pourhot coffee over ice for iced coffee and the ice melts immediately and ruins the coffee. They want $15 an hour for this kind ofservice? I don't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different McDonald's and try your luck. This one is completelyhopeless. Read more
I don?t know why it?s taken me so long to write this review because this McDonald?s never gets our order right. We go there at... least once a week and they always get the order wrong. Tonight?s mess up was my daughters kids meal that was suppose to be acheeseburger no pickles no onions and she got chicken nuggets. They were like that?s too complicated let?s just give her nuggetsinstead smh. I ordered a number 7 which is a 2 cheeseburger meal, no onions with Big Mac sauce. I get one cheeseburger with BigMac sauce with onions and the other burger with no Big Mac sauce and no onions. McDonald?s has been in the business for too longto have constant mess ups like this at one location. Get it together. Read more
