I am beyond upset with this restaurant. I have been eating here for a while now and never an issue! Today I placed an order... online at 9pm. It is now 10pm and still have no food and now the restaurant is closed! So where is my $31? Someone could havecalled me to let me know that delivery was over or what have you I could?ve went to pick it up. Now my 4 yr old has to gowithout his pizza and my 9 month old belly as well . I will be coming in to the store first thing in the morning and I want tospeak with the owner! Update : the pizza was left on my porch frozen! Read more

Will get your order wrong and repeatedly tell you that isn't the case. Ordered a baked ziti, SPECIFICALLY asked if it comes... with meat and was told it is in a meat sauce. There was no meat. Called back and tried to explain that my order was wrong andthat I was told the ziti comes with meat, and was told in response "we wouldn't tell you we put meat in the ziti, you shouldhave asked for it, we don't put meat in the ziti" in an uncaring attitude. I was extremely calm and and considerate about it, sothis being the response I got is ridiculous. Read more

Normally a fan of their pizza as we order from them at least once a week. Yesterday was different. We ordered a large pie well... done. We wanted toppings, so in the GrubHub app, it says in description to add what toppings you want and they will charge youaccordingly. We added the toppings we wanted and put in the notes well done. When we received the pizza, it was undercooked andplain. I was willing to forgive the toppings, but the raw pizza was a problem. Gave them a call where the kid who answer thephone tried to be the middle man between the owner and myself when I tried to explain what was wrong. The owner finally got onand said to me about the toppings situation. I told him the option wasn't there on GrubHub, which is the app I always uses toorder from them. He then said, "why are you using them? You should use Slice for delivery." Then when I questioned about the rawpizza, he responded that their pizzas are well done by standard. I flat out said this one was underdone and asked for anotherone. He said "no" and I just hung up. Got a refund from GrubHub at least with a coupon as an apology for the customer servicefrom the owner from Valentinos. If you get what you order for, the food is good. however, if you are looking for someone whogaslights you and doesn't want to own up to their mistakes, then this is the place for you. Read more

We?ve been ordering from Valentino?s for years. Quality is great. Delivery is quick. And food if delicious. They use great... quality ingredients, we can tell. The owner cares about his business & his customers. I can?t say enough good things. Read more

Ordered From Uber Eats. Fettuccine Alfredo was eh, pasta was way over cooked & sauce tasted like a jar. Fried Raviolis could... have used some salt but otherwise to be expected. I?m sure other items on the menu would have been a better option. Read more

Yum! Sorry, it was too good to wait to take a better pic! The full slice was too big for the plate! So glad they're open late so... I can satisfy my pizza craving on the way home from the late shift! Read more
