Food was good. But, to say the service was poor would be a lie. There was no service. I have no idea what is going on there. ... They use an iPad/kiosk for ordering which is fine, but there is not a human being anywhere in sight to ask questions if you haveany. For example, you can purchase a bagel for $4. Is it sliced? Toasted? Can you get cream cheese or anything on it? Can youhold the cheese on a sandwich if you want to? Can you hold the bacon? What exactly is a $6 side of eggs? Who knows! So, weordered what seemed good without having to ask any questions and after a few minutes, someone yells out our name to pick up ourorder at the counter. That was the first time we saw an employee. We were the only ones in there waiting for an order and wewere next to the counter so there was no real need to yell out our name. A friendly "your order is ready" would have sufficed. We went there during our vacation because the website gives off a fun and friendly vibe. It is not that. We did enjoy our food,though. Read more
Came here twice in one vacation! LOVED it! My husband, son and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, cinnamon roll and latte.... It was so good. If you like hotel eggs or prison food, this is your spot! Pretty sure the eggs aren?t legit (see pic) must be the powdered eggs.... Our daughter loves eggs and she barely touched hers, threw 1/2 of everything away. However, Cool atmosphere, no ventilation tothe grill that we could tell. We had very high hopes walking into this place. Very cool atmosphere with a beautiful mural! Sadly the food was very overpriced... and not good food.
