Food was delicious, service was quick and did I say food was delicious?

Food was good. But, to say the service was poor would be a lie. There was no service. I have no idea what is going on there. ... They use an iPad/kiosk for ordering which is fine, but there is not a human being anywhere in sight to ask questions if you haveany. For example, you can purchase a bagel for $4. Is it sliced? Toasted? Can you get cream cheese or anything on it? Can youhold the cheese on a sandwich if you want to? Can you hold the bacon? What exactly is a $6 side of eggs? Who knows! So, weordered what seemed good without having to ask any questions and after a few minutes, someone yells out our name to pick up ourorder at the counter. That was the first time we saw an employee. We were the only ones in there waiting for an order and wewere next to the counter so there was no real need to yell out our name. A friendly "your order is ready" would have sufficed. Came here twice in one vacation! LOVED it! My husband, son and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, cinnamon roll and latte.... It was so good. The only ?bad? thing is that it?s kind of over-priced, but it makes sense with how much things are these days.But the food was fresh and tasty. Read more

If you like hotel eggs or prison food, this is your spot! Pretty sure the eggs aren?t legit (see pic) must be the powdered eggs.... Our daughter loves eggs and she barely touched hers, threw 1/2 of everything away. However, Cool atmosphere, no ventilation tothe grill that we could tell. We had very high hopes walking into this place. Very cool atmosphere with a beautiful mural! Sadly the food was very overpriced... and not good food. The food was amazing. This review is not about the food. There were 4 of us and we spent $72 on our meal. This review is not... about the cost. We ordered a lot of food because it all looked good and it was. There was not a single thing we ordered thatwas not delicious. It was all very good. We tipped them $14 after we stood in line to order because we believe in tippingwell. We bought two small ice teas for $4 each. Small was the only option or we would have ordered a large. Halfway thru ourmeal, my husband was out of tea (and I was almost out). He walked up and asked for one refill for himself. They said they donot do refills on tea? What the heck? They did not offer to put water in his cup. They did not offer to let him not get backin the long line to have to pay for another drink. When he came back to the table with an empty cup, I told him I would askthem to put water in it. I had to yell to get someone?s attention and told them that he was not done eating and we were not doneeating so please put water in it. She ended up putting tea in it but the damage was done. The amount of tea they had to put inthat small cup that was still full of ice was minuscule. They need to fix this policy because they will lose a lot of customerswith that ridiculous policy when they use small cups and get to choose how much ice they put in the cup . After a sip my latte was a little hot, so I took the lid off and realized there was over a dozen ants floating in it. Brought it... to the counter and showed them and they eventually brought me a new one. I didn?t ask, but you should have offered to comp mymeal. This is first time to writing a review on the Google and I usually let it go but I?ve never seen like this restaurant before. SO... disappointed. Table is not clean, high chair is not clean. Employees are standing and talking while I was whipping a high chairand table. We ordered milk for my daughter and they charged $6 as a orange juice.
